Since the beginning of Tilia, Anita Mancini has been the soul of service. With precision, passion and a keen sense for the moment, she ensures that every visit is a special experience.

Her path is characterized by a great deal of knowledge and constant further development: as a Sommelier Professionista A.I.S., Idrosommelier©, Bar Master and Aromatherapist, she brings experience from renowned establishments at home and abroad - always with the aim of combining professional expertise and genuine hospitality.

In 2018, Tilia was awarded the Wine Culture Prize of the South Tyrolean Wine Consortium for its wine accompaniment - a tribute to its dedication and expertise.
