Reservations and cancelations
- The prepayment function is managed by the restaurant and is not the responsibility of TheFork. To the extent permitted by law, TheFork disclaims all liability for amounts paid to or invoiced by the Restaurant and for any disputes related thereto.
- All payments are made directly between you and the restaurant and are processed by Stripe. TheFork is not involved in these transactions.
- To confirm the reservation, the full amount will be debited from your card.
- To the extent permitted by law, you agree that the prepaid reservation is non-exchangeable and non-transferable, unless the restaurant, in its sole discretion, decides otherwise. For further information, please contact the restaurant.
- If you cancel or change your reservation up to 24 hours before the reservation time (subject to availability), you will receive a refund on your card. If you cancel or change your reservation after the 24-hour deadline or do not show up, you will not receive a refund, unless the restaurant decides otherwise at its own discretion.
- The restaurant reserves the right to cancel reservations that are deemed fraudulent, unlawful or illegal.
- Please contact the restaurant if you do not receive a reservation confirmation or if the confirmation contains incorrect information.
