Tilia Restaurant
Chris Oberhammer
Tradition and contemporary
And so we try to bring it all back to life.
The dishes that became moments, moments that became memories and memories that became traditions.
Welcome to Tilia
where time stands still and nature speaks
Tilia is the Latin name for the lime tree, which has always been a symbol of hospitality and harmony.
A place of wonder, where aromas tell stories and silence becomes melody. Here, the kitchen gives space to the seasons, combining roots with new discoveries. Every ingredient carries a story - deeply rooted in the earth, inspired by the world.
Farmers and artisans bring their treasures every day. Their dedication flows into a cuisine that is spontaneous, honest and timeless.
A kitchen with soul
Tilia does not follow trends, it follows nature. Each dish is created in the moment - unaffected, courageous, full of passion. Surprising and yet familiar.
When you open the door to the Tilia, you enter a world of tranquillity. The light of the Dolomites floods the room, nature sets the pace. It's not just the taste that counts here, but the feeling of being completely at one with yourself for a moment.
"If we lose the culture and culinary traditions that are shaped by the cycle of the seasons in the mountains, we all lose something of inestimable value"

And cooking is about balance and harmony
Chris Oberhammer - A passionate chef
He calls himself a cuisinier, a chef - nothing more, nothing less. For him, cooking is a simple but profound art: respecting the taste of every ingredient, breathing life into it - with a smile.
Chris Oberhammer created the Tilia with this philosophy in mind. A place to meet, to enjoy, to pause - like a home, while the world outside keeps moving.
Tilia, which has been awarded a Michelin star, combines the flavors of the Dolomites with inspirations from all over the world. Oberhammer's travels and his encounters with foreign cultures and styles have shaped his vision. The result is MONS natural food - a commitment to the appreciation of mountain farmers and their work.
"My most important products come from the immediate vicinity - grown and cared for by people who know and love their land."

The variety of the seasons
Our cuisine - tradition meets modernity
We work with love and dedication with the farmers of the 3 Zinnen region, who supply us daily with fresh, seasonal produce.
Our tasting menus vary daily and offer a culinary journey through the flavors of the region. For fans of classic dishes, we offer our à la carte menu, with highlights such as polenta with gray cheese espuma and braised ox - traditionally prepared and refined with modern accents.
Every visit here is unique - inspired by the rhythms of the seasons and the stories of the farmers.
